As a new homeowner of Eagle Watch, you’ll likely need to reference the following documents when occupying and maintaining your home:
- Eagle Watch Covenants
- Design Standards
- Modification Request Form
- Modification Request Form – Paint Supplemental
As a member of our community, you have access to 3 pools, parks, playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, and so much more. Our community also resides on an 18-hole, par 72 private golf course, managed by Eagle Watch Golf Club. For information re how to take advantage of these amenities, please review the following:

We are also a very social community. Whether you have young kids or are an active adult, or any age in between, Eagle Watch offers events and activities you may be interested in. To view our social calendar, check out our Community Social page.
Also, many of our neighbors participate in a private Facebook community, where they share photography of our beautiful neighborhood landscapes, help find lots pets, share local recommendations, etc. Important note, this group is NOT affiliated with Eagle Watch HOA in any way. It is a neighbor to neighbor community, organized and managed by other Eagle Watch homeowners.
