Eagle Watch HOA Board Candidate Application
The Board of Directors is requesting candidates for the upcoming 2026 Eagle Watch HOA Board of Directors elections. As a member of the community, you are encouraged to take this opportunity to participate in the upcoming election process.
At this year’s election, there are three (3) seats available on the Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years. Per the governing documents, only Owners, Spouses, Domestic Partners, or Co-Owners may be Directors. Directors must reside in the Community as their full-time, principal, and primary residence to serve on the Board of Directors
If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please complete the following steps:
- Fill out the candidate application form provided below including a brief personal biography.
- Submit a signed Code of Ethics form to Kenneth Hair. You may bring the signed form by the office or email it to ewatch@accessmgt.com.
All candidate applications and signed Code of Ethics forms are due by March 31, 2026.
Expectations as a member of the Board:
- Become familiar with and be in compliance with the Association’s Articles, By-Laws, CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations.
- Prepare for and attend Board Meetings (approximately 2 hours per meeting) held at a location as determined by the Board.
- Periodically assist on short-term projects; serve as the liaison to a Committee; or attend additional meetings. Level of involvement is often dictated by activities of the Board, needs of the Community or your own personal interests and available time.
NOTE: Directors agree to use good business and personal judgment in their role as a Board Member. All Directors are expected to execute and abide by a Code of Ethics. Directors cannot be compensated for their time and effort, and all members agree not to realize any personal gain from their involvement on the Board of Directors.
